5. Why not carry around with you a tiny fan? It’s a perfect choice for the days with lots of walking.
6. Drinking juices is one way to keep hydrated and cool. This way your outside matches your inside.
7. Carrying an umbrella is a little overboard, but some of you may find it helpful.
8. And of course, water! Keep a bottle next to you at all times! Hydrating is key!
Being a traveller myself, I find these tips very useful. They won’t prevent you from sweating of feeling hot, but right at that moment that you feel this way they can help you deal with the issue.
